Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if someone like Winglet hired you for sound design in the future. You seriously deserve a lot more credit for what you do Soundsmith!
As a certified doing a bit of trolling, replacing the funi insta-kill hitscan weapon for a mid-range projectile and ability to hit undeserved headshots, soundsmith has a few choice words for the huntsman.
I love the mann's guide series, lots of effort and production and clever bits thrown in too. Can't tell you how many times I've watched the beggar's one even though I basically never play soldier.
I was expecting a Jurrassic Park reference because I have a strange mandela effect that you already made a huntsman guide... I may as well be a traveler from another universe because I remember you detailing how to use prediction for shots or my head is making up shit.
This gets me wondering what classic painting the thumbnail will be inspired by. Maybe Liberty Leading the People by Delacroix, and it’s just the sniper holding the bow and a bunch of angry idiots who got “lucksmaned” chasing after him
I had to grab my brother's studio headset just to appreciate all these sounds cause some crappy earphones just ain't cutting it, he listened after me and we both agreed this shit is crisp to the touch
Well I guess my new outlook on life is a devastating sensation of pure crushing anticipation until the real thing drops, followed by rewatching a thousand times. I CANT FUCKING WAIT
Teaming up for animation, storyboarding and sound design was a great decision. Love all the audio work you do And, of course, the hellish memery that will come with this new Mann's Guide
The huntman aka the weapon were despite having big and weird hitboxes, somehow feels more fair then most sniper rifles because at least with the huntman, you can see it coming
I like how this is presented as the Sniper being careful and focused with his weapon, when I just KNOW that the rest of the video will be gameplay of anything but that.
Congratulations!!! Not only did you get a great series of videos, not only did you find great financial and developmental success, but you did what Valve never could and counted to 3. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I WASN'T LYING LMAO
lucksman
I have never been so bamboozled
TRUE
lucksman
FRRR 😂😂
god i love how your sound design improves with every mann's, genuinely a treat hearing all the small details and extra additions that just make it pop
His sound smithing skill is constantly improving, soon he may even reach level 100 and forge us Dragonbone Sound
I know it's really cool. I want to get into sound design because of a gamer who makes videos about hitting people with a shovel really hard
I guess you can say that he's a sound smith
Well he is a soundsmith afterall
That sound smith really do be smithing sound
I love how people knew it was a Jurassic Park reference, but they didn't suspect ANYTHING based on the context of the original clip.
Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if someone like Winglet hired you for sound design in the future. You seriously deserve a lot more credit for what you do Soundsmith!
he’s literally called soundsmith, what did you expect lmao
As a certified doing a bit of trolling, replacing the funi insta-kill hitscan weapon for a mid-range projectile and ability to hit undeserved headshots, soundsmith has a few choice words for the huntsman.
The sniper rifle isn't funi
unfortunately for him,he fell for the certified trolling
A Manns Guide to hitting headshots 99% of the time
A Mann's Guide to either missing every shot or always hitting headshots; no inbetween
aim roughly at the head height
???
profit!
Pray
A Mann's guide to trying to hit people on 2Fort but accidentally killing invisible spies
By complete accident, no less.
This guy is amazing at audio design, he’s like some sort of Sound Smith
So get this...
I love the mann's guide series, lots of effort and production and clever bits thrown in too. Can't tell you how many times I've watched the beggar's one even though I basically never play soldier.
I've watched them all several times and I don't even play tf2
Most anticipated masterpiece of 2023
took me a second to realise that the bird noises in this video are those of kookaburra, which is native to Australia. perfect fit for our sniper boy.
God that entire teaser is so cool. Between the sound design and the lighting, it’s just a treat for the senses.
Dude, hell yeah! I’ve been waiting for the huntsman to get a mann’s guide episode, feels perfect for the series!
Well, you'll have to wait some more
bummer
It would appear that I have made an incorrect read.
We got baited

Can't believe the razorback is getting it's very own mann's guide video

the whole entire video is him sniffing glue (back from the beggars bazooka) while blindly firing arrows around corners
Love the sound design in the animation cannot wait for the next man’s guide😁👍
A Mann’s Guide to the Lucksman

I would very much enjoy another sound breakdown of this in whatever behind the scenes comes later.
A Mann’s Guide to Bushmann’s Rules
Your are now longer at the top of the comments so will press like on your comment
oh this is going to go crazy. your overall quality has been sky-rocketing this past year, but this sound design is just.... chefs kiss
I was expecting a Jurrassic Park reference because I have a strange mandela effect that you already made a huntsman guide...
I may as well be a traveler from another universe because I remember you detailing how to use prediction for shots or my head is making up shit.
ees comment thinking its just a funny mandela effect.
> the fucking hutsman guide appearing in my autoplay.
are you a cryptid by any chance
SO HYPED... December gonna be lit
Aw he’ll yeah! Can’t wait to see what renaissance painting you reference this time.
This gets me wondering what classic painting the thumbnail will be inspired by.
Maybe Liberty Leading the People by Delacroix, and it’s just the sniper holding the bow and a bunch of angry idiots who got “lucksmaned” chasing after him
genuinely amazing, can’t wait
DAMN!
The Sfm looks straight out of a movie!
Nice job!
WOOOO! I can't wait, I already know it will be good!
December is starting to look like it may be a banger
Yay! I will be waiting patiently for this one!
Man I cant wait for Mann's guide for the backburner!
Thank you
We got prankd
I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS!
sound design here is so nice to listen too, good job ethan
Damn the sound design went hard. Can't wait to see the episode
I had to grab my brother's studio headset just to appreciate all these sounds cause some crappy earphones just ain't cutting it, he listened after me and we both agreed this shit is crisp to the touch
Oooh, nice touch with the Kookaburra noise at the end! Adds to the Australian parts.
"Once you shoot that bow, all luck is on you"
I can’t wait for the segment about why lucksman is overpowered and stupid but still works somehow
I am shocked how well I timed going to the YT homepage to find this so quickly
OMG THE SOUND DESIGN & ANIMATION WOOOOOOOOOO
Im absolutely tickled. I'm wriggling out of my socks in excitement! Soundsmith does it again!
That Laughing kookaburra at the end is the cherry on top of the Australian outback cake.
i just cannot wait for the full video
God, this is brimming with quality
I’ve been waiting for this one
This sounds SO GOOD
Well I guess my new outlook on life is a devastating sensation of pure crushing anticipation until the real thing drops, followed by rewatching a thousand times.
I CANT FUCKING WAIT
Hyped
Oh this is gonna be good!
i'm really excited
I can already tell that bird at the end was the kookaburra that gets remix'd a lot. Dis gon b gud
that animation and sound blend perfectly
Teaming up for animation, storyboarding and sound design was a great decision. Love all the audio work you do
And, of course, the hellish memery that will come with this new Mann's Guide
Was that your eye, I was trying to hit the apple mate. - Sniper

I love it
well no wonder it is taking ages, you are putting your heart, soul, back, bones and knuckles into it.
This is gonna be one hell of a Christmas present!
This is gonna be good I can feel it
You really live up to your name, The sounds are just so good.
Clever Mann you are Smith of Sounds
Seriously hyped for this one
can't wait it's gonna be great
We got fucking pranked
Double pranked
Can’t wait to hear about hitbox jank, very cool 👍
Soundsmith talking about sound designed worked into making me appreciate it more because this is so good. Im sold immediately
A Mann’s Guide to The Hunstman. I’m really excited!!
The huntman aka the weapon were despite having big and weird hitboxes, somehow feels more fair then most sniper rifles because at least with the huntman, you can see it coming
-unlike professional backburner pyros
@@LeOwwAndRoseand after the backburner, nobody expected an actual manns guide to the huntsman! Both came outta nowhere
This is giving me Robert Muldoon vibes from Jurassic Park vibes. I bet Soundsmith is doing a Jurassic Park reference but in a comedic skit.
I like how this is presented as the Sniper being careful and focused with his weapon, when I just KNOW that the rest of the video will be gameplay of anything but that.
Well, then.
This ones gunna be fun
thank you
I look forward to the sound design video for this teaser.
Fully expecting this hype up to result in just "point and shoot. It plays the game for you"
Congratulations!!! Not only did you get a great series of videos, not only did you find great financial and developmental success, but you did what Valve never could and counted to 3. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I’m so excited lol, I love using the Huntsman so much
A Manns guide to the lucksman may make me want to make my hours of sniper over 30 minutes
Remeber.
You head is atached to your nervous systeam, and that is your whole body.
Oh boy I can't wait for the follow-up Mann's Guide to the Fortified Compound
“Mother, I request the Polaroid camera, I wish to capture this moment!”
I expect a whole segment of the video to be about corner peaking
This teaser is amazing.
Holy shit, this animation looks like something Valve would do, the ambience, the vagueness, the smoothness, all perfect
