2020 Chevy Blazer Navigation SD card not working.

For those of you that have a newer GM vehicle in this case a 2020 Chevy blazer. The following information may help you if you get a error code or a SD card removed on the navigation system.

Thank you so much! Was getting ready to make appointment with the dealer because I had this happen last week. I remember now that I was driving and trying to plug my phone cord into the USB port right below the SD card and I was trying to find the port without taking my eyes off the road, so I’m sure I probably hit the SD card and ejected it unknowingly. He had no idea
Called On Star Rep
They had no idea
Have to take it to a dealer….
Me being a huge You Tube Watcher. I googled it
Your video came first
Problem solved
There needs to be a National You Tube Day for all you folks that help the general public every day
Can’t rely on Customer Service these days
I did text the salesman and gave him the problem solved and said
You may want to share this information of Y T with your fellow salesman..
No response..,,.
With that being said
Seems like a dumb GM design for a SD Card
And with all the 2020 Chev Blazer Videos and I watch many
Never have I seen one mention the SD Card error

Yes and thank you. That’s why I did the video. The dealership was telling me someone may have stolen my gps card. I said no way and they wanted me to buy a new 500 dollar card. Glad I could help.

Did you ever get it resolved? My 2020 GMC Canyon Denali is having the same issues. I had a usb flashdrive in as well and it won't read that one either.

Tried everything you suggested, and my GPS still doesn't work. I had to call and set up an appointment at the dealership. Thank goodness my car is still under factory warranty. Maybe it worked for some, but not me. I have a 2021 Chevy Blazer premier with less than 22k miles on it.

Mine worked for a few days then stopped. Im starting to wonder if I have the correct SD card. What number does your SD card have on it for your 2020 Blazer? Mine has 8453, and then 0371 is next to it in a larger font. Thanks

Mine Silverado all of a sudden had the same screen. I had no idea where it was. But unlike your issue. Mine is still inserted . Go figure .

I Have an on going problem with my 2019 Chevy Blazer keeps telling me the SD card has been removed. It has not been removed. Chevy has no idea how to fix my car I have had it in the dealer ship 3 times now and still the navigation system and the whole drivers convience package is not working properly.

That’s very strange it helped almost everybody that’s looked at it. Maybe you have a defective SD card. Sorry did not work for you but I was relieved when it work for me

Mine was pushed in, I took it out and pushed it back in, no luck. I took it out, moved the switch on it and pushed it back, no luck. I put the switch in the original position, no luck a new one is $250? I saw on “comments” here that someone had found a 2 minute fix for it on you tube but they didn’t put a link to access it 🤯 any one else know how to fix this?
