I noticed something. The way the art teacher called upon seeing that the girl hadn't filled the form was so nice, seeing that she doesn't have the vision that the "best friend" has. I literally cried while watching this. This truly resembled my story. I really have very good genuine friends that encourages me to achieve anything and there were some mean one who body shamed me but I have started removing these negative people from life. I get body shamed even today but I don't let it demotivate me as "Kuch to log kahenge logo ka kaam hai Kehna"

I understand how it feels when someone calls u fat, even if their intention is not to hurt us. But it hits deep when people bully you, call you fat because it makes damn uncomfortable. You can't even wear the clothes you wish to because people stare at you and that pierces so deep.

Even though I am a slim girl but my family never body shames me instead they just feed me too muchh they say that u are healthy and just be yourself and just love yourself the way u are

This little child actress expressed every single emotion so clearly and truly. The way she broke down, her facial expressions! I was just brought to tears in the first 6 minutes. This feels so real I was just taken aback to my past and got a reflection of myself in that position. Its hard! Very hard! It is so irritating when ur cousins n people taunt u on your body..i know fitness is important for healthy living but reality is that many girls tries to Loose weight but fails due to medical issues like thyroid, pcod or other... I am also suffering from thyroid,pcod n continously trying to loose my weight but fail...i know its difficult but not impossible...at least i could try n try may be one day reducing my weight in grams convert to kg... yes i have thyroid too and ive got it from all the excessive depression and anxiety my parents gave me since childhood. and now when im 18 i got thyroid and still they dont stop, despite knowing my condition they still keep saying bad things to me about my weight and what not. i dont eat unhealthy at all and walk for an hour. I have no idea what should i do to make them understand me and though im not really fat or too overweight still due to slow metabolism in thyroid its really difficult to get lean. i dont expect anybody to understand me ever because my own parents dont

I'm used to be fat at my 14 -16th age but I was happy until I hear the bitter reality of our society, my friend , cousins, all my relatives taunt me. I feel so low and unconfident at that time , after that I'm begin to hate my body so much that I cried daily and cursed myself of being alive, prayed God to help me it was so disgusting experience but I motivate myself in this journey BTS songs really helped me now I loose so much weight and became stronger and stronger each day 💜💜💜 it's so difficult to love yourself than loving someone else.. It took me 3 years to love myself now I love my body I'm begin to proud of me.. Don't loose hope just be yourself love the way you are 💜💜💜💜💜

@@moomalrathore9544 I started with just 30 min walking and focus on dieting and when I feel I'm totally strong to do exercise then I started doing begginer exercise step by step I came to do intence exercise and cardio and dance is so fun to do it will burn a lot of fat.. I also had same condition because I was interested in studies and music not in games.But I shut up them all,because I was the only one in my class who got above 95% or even above 90% in my class.Hence no one able to bully me because my all subject teachers supported and love me too much.

Cuz of getting bullied because I was overweight i started to exercise and play football. I now am average weight and slim. I still feel pity for people suffering from it. I try to protect them cuz Ik how it feels.
frankly speaking because of these type of friends I had to prove myself in every aspect and I was always winning upon them....in this process i learned many things about myself and got to know that I am the best and indeed everyone called me the best....this all needed a belief on yourself and spirit to acheive anything...at last I got to know about life and i am now the happiest person....😄😄
