According to online realtor sites, this was a small house, 1,508 sq ft., 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths built in 1955 on 0.18 acres. It sold in March of this year for $715,000. It had been listed "as is" with no inside photos, in other words, as a tear-down. There are mostly similar houses on the street, but a few new "McMansions" have been built on other lots.
There was a lot of bedding, clothing, and other personal property left in the house. Some of it, like that mechanic's creeper, looked to be in good condition. How does that happen?
I see the one of the left, which is similar, sold in May for $695,000. Is it being demoed too? Looks like these guys aren't being very careful of that lot.

This house and the two to the left of it all sold in the Spring of 2023. All three have been torn down. I guess some seriously bloated house or houses are going to take their place.

Maybe the land is worth more than the house. It’s not what the new owner wants. There doesn’t have to be anything wrong with it

The small old houses in this neighborhood are being torn down to put in large McMansions. It is happening in many parts of the region. It doesn't matter what condition the small house is in.
