You wanted to see Miihi dance last time, right? And now you have. 😉 Just a heads up in case you still haven't been warned - JYP is really harsh and critical here, compared to A2K. There will be a LOT of crying, and some girls will fight tooth and nail just to get those cubes. The main thing with having a big talent pool is that you never know who makes it or gets cut, because final number that gets to go through still has to be big enough to still cause suspense. That was my issue with A2K's 11 girls making it to the LA boot camp - in order to still have a sizeable group to choose from, only poor Mischa got booted (pun intended). Anyway, always looking forward to the next installment of this series. If you do manage to finish the both part 1 and 2 before checking out their Korean debut MV, at least let me assure you that based on the FIRST TEASER, you'll DEFINITELY love it. 😉

My brother was familiar with her songs, after he went on an exchange program trip to Okinawa in the late 90s. JY mentioning her made me think "Whoa, I haven't heard her name in years!" 🏝 When JY switched to speaking Korean to say Moeno has beautiful eyes, my ears picked up 예뻐요 ("pretty"), one of the few Korean words I still remember from classes. 😆
That moment of "I have to do something quick or it's over" desperation in that first girl's audition was neat. There actually wasn't a question to answer, she straight up interrupts him with the counterargument unprompted, just as he's about to make the decision. I think that's the only time we've seen anyone try anything that bold, in either show. I bet there are cultural expectations to just smile/nod and take the criticism without argument in that situation like most of them do, too.
I was honestly so impressed that she spoke up for herself! That had to be a very nerve wracking to speak up like that. I feel like her boldness helped win her spot for the boot camp.
