Hi Tracy! I am uploading a full tutorial now, as I am typing this. Actually I used this pattern as a base for a Christmas tree tutorial. This one was used to show the actual knot only.
If you check my Instagram macrame.spaghetti you will see the wall hanging I am referring to.
And yes, the full tutorial will have all the dimensions.
