I’ve discovered them upon the release of “Cyberpunk 77” , I’m not really a gamer but there was a hype around the release among the software devs where I belong - so I was digging deeper and came across “bullets” and I got immediately haunted! Left them the devs fighting and crushed my head with everything Archive. This Friday my wife and I attending their gig live. Those guys deserve more attention to be honest.

This sounds like the original Archive. Together with Fear, There and Everywhere they're awesome, but the rest of the album is just soft radio music.

Huh? What are you on about? If anything it’s quite literally the other way around. This and FTaE are probably the most radio-suited songs on the album.
Just coming back from their concert in Tours - France (2023 10 07). Still love their music BUT ...
For a 2 hours concert it took more than 1 hour to tune the sound . It was 1 over all / global noise flow over saturated. What a shame. I would immediatly fire the sound ingeneer or whatever the function is named. Due to this the audience warmed up only for the last 30 minutes. It's only by then I could ear the keyboards and synthesizer, finally recovering the shining.
It's only the second concert for this new tour, let's say it is warming up, I hope for the coming concerts. 😩😩😩

Album très intéressant très agréable et super morceaux ! un étonnant bémol sur la qualité du son ! album acheté en vinyle écouté sur une Linn LP12 Klimax, un son très plat et sourd, vraiment médiocre pour un tel groupe en 2023 ! ma femme qui est une très grande fan a même arrêté le disque pendant l écoute pour dire ... on a mis UP de Peter Gabriel ensuite ... rien à voir, le jour et la nuit ... je ne comprend pas ?? Dommage ... Musicalement votre

I am curious too, for me it is more an issue of language....is Mr daisy some Kind of obvious expression?
(I'm not a native speaker, so I can be wrong in details)
Mr. Daisy -- sarcastic (mocking) name of smb irresistible, who is a leader of the masses (reminds me of "Controlling crowds" themes), who holds authority and who is adored by many people. The protagonist hates him, doesn't want to be controlled by him or to obey him ("to bend" in the song). Mr. Daisy is a manipulative rogue, who tricked others, threw dust in their eyes. He just plays his role of being a leader, but he is unneeded (e.g. as he does smth nasty to the others only to his own advantage), and the protagonist exposes him (to the Mr. Daisy himself, speaking to him in aggressive manner cause he "sees right through" him)
The song is a pure anger. The protagonist speaks in a scoffing tone throughout the song ("smile, smile [, you bastard, remember that he who laughs last laughs the best]"). He threatens Mr. Daisy (some parts of the lyrics sound like they are spoken by a killer to his victim: "Run, run, cause I'm gonna end your fun"). He actually want him dead: "get you in your [funeral] pile"; "sound of your lifeline" -- probably the long beeping sound of the heart monitoring machine in the ICU when the graph becomes a line instead of a normal heart rate, metaphorically the line of life which is snipped off ("feel the snip [, you scum]"), because "it's way past your lifetime" (i.e. "your life is over")
This is just an emotional reaction and the song tells nothing about its reasons or the particular person, so you can guess your own (I personally imagined the botox muzzle of Putin in the role of Mr. Daisy)
I don't like this idea, but it's worth mentioning: the protagonist is envious and greedy in a certain sense. "Get f**ked if you think I'm in your shadow" ("I want to take your place"), "Get bent" ("obey me"), "Your perfume infects me, making me crazy" ("perfume" here means "fame" / "reputation", and it is catching ("infectious"), driving people mad when they lust for power), "Can I have this dance with you?" ("dance" is a slang for a fight)
