thats a first for me seeing someone poke a hole in the grommet with a screwdriver and then pulling back the wire.. may have to try that tomorrow putting in my switch panel

i still don’t understand the brackets, why did the original side bracket not work
In order for the bar to shine out through the lower grille you have to have custom brackets. If you do this mod it is easier if you order some custom brackets. We just made our own but it saves time to buy them. Thanks for watching!
Hey brother I’m still trying to figure out why the light on switch was gonna use power while not in use please let me know I have 4 small led lights to add to my roof rack and using same wiring harness just want to make sure I do it right they do say the bigger beard has the right away lol😊
If you check out the relay you will,see the trigger wire is wired with the 12v and that is what turns the light on the switch on. On the wiring harness I used the wire was white. I just used an “add a fuse” adapter and plugged it into a fuse in the fuse box under the hood that has power only when the ignition is on and cut that white wire at the relay and extended it over to the add a fuse. Now the switch will only have power when the ignition is on and the light bar only works when the ignition is on. Big Beards Rule the World!
By blocking the lower opening does this affect the cooling of the radiator and AC condenser?.. Great video BTW
Thanks for watching! We have not noticed any issues at all and have modded quite a few trucks. The air can still get in there and get by to cool.
Hey man, great video!! I was wondering what kind of lift kit you got and what size tires and wheels? I just got a taco as well and tryin to get some lift on it, and yours looks just about what I want.
This one has a pro comp 3” lift kit the tires are bf Goodrich k02s 275/70/17 with method 17” wheels. Thanks for watching and subscribing!
