지난 4월, 6년 여 만의 긴 공백을 깨고 돌아온 댄싱퀸 김완선의 첫 타이틀은 모두의 예상을 뒤엎은 'rock' 이었다. 오랜 구속의 굴레를 벗어난 후 제대로 된 홀로서기를 그렇게 어느 누구도 예상하지 못한 장르로 시작한 도전적이고 어쩌면 위험하기조차 해 보였던 그녀의 흥미로운 행보는 10월 25일 공개하는 새로운 digital single "Be quiet" 로 이어진다.
Super love가 고정 이미지를 깨고 나오는 신호탄이었다면 'Be quiet'는 대중이 그녀에게 기대하는 모든 것을 멋지게 보여줄 2011년 업그레이드된 김완선의 도약점이 될 일렉트로닉 댄스 곡이다.
전작에서 'Tama & Vagabond' 와 함께 등장했던 그녀는 이번에도 혼자가 아닌 양 옆에 강력한 터보엔진과 부스터를 갖추고 높이 비상할 준비를 마쳤다.
현 아이돌 히트곡 제조기라 불리는 신사동 호랭이와 신인 작곡가 김태주 그리고 이미 알만한 이들은 다 아는 실력파 아이돌 비스트의 용준형이 그녀의 새로운 조력자들이다.
이들이 함께 작업한 결과물, "Be quiet' 는 듣는 순간 머리보다 심장이 먼저 반응할 강렬하고 급박한 비트에 김완선 특유의 가녀린 보컬이 묘하게 어우러져 몽환적인 분위기가 곡 전반에 흐르고 있다.
용준형은 직접 프로듀싱에 참여하는 열의를 보이며 감칠맛 나는 랩 피처링으로 곡 전반에 다이나믹함을 더하며 원조 아이돌 선배와의 멋진 케미스트리를 선보인다.
"Be quiet, 쉿! " 이라는 인상적인 인트로로 시작되는 이번 싱글은 한번만 들어도 계속해서 귀에 맴도는 강한 중독성과 직설적이고 감각 있는 가사로 클럽씬에서 크게 환영 받을 또 하나의 트렌디한 후크송으로 예견된다.

Her debut single released in 1987. And her nickname is korean madonna. Kim Wansun and Um Junghwa (who was singing with TOP the song named DISCO) are in the same age. Both of two are kinda legends in Korea.

Guys, it's okay if your here for Junhyung, I admit at first I was too, but atleast have a little respect for Kim Wan Sun. She's considered Korea's Madonna or female Michael Jackson. That's how successful she is. Without her kpop might not be what it is today. She turns 43 this year and deserves to have a comeback where people give her respect, not tell her to shut up so they can hear their oppa better. So guys, have a little respect for the woman. She's pretty amazing.
