Eid Mubarak! Mash Allah I also reverted to Islam. I never considered myself an atheist, more agnostic because I always believed that God existed. But once I learned the message of Islam, there was no turning back.

Eid mubarak...Alhamdulillah you are now part of the ummah. Dont stress too much on trying to do everything right. Islam is a learning curve whether your born into it or your a revert. No one can say they are 100% perfect as a muslim and neither does Allah expect us to be otherwise he said he would have created another people/ species. Allah wants us to worship him and if we follow the basics no matter how many times we faulter Allah will forgive us. Its our trying and our intentions that count.

Jesus was a Muslim. This means he submitted to God. He proclaimed he could do nothing by himself (Jn. 5:30), he prayed with his face on the ground (Mt.26:39) and his mother Mary covered her hair. He did not eat pork and in his own language, Aramaic, God is called "Allah”
But I just read in Wikipedia that islam started around 610 CE so how is this possible😂
@@Jesuslordoflords-y4m Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus - all were Muslim prophets. They all invited people to worship one God. Therefore, Islam, which invites people to worship one God, began with Adam (peace be upon him). And the first human on earth was a Muslim, not a Jew or Christian. Now, if you have read Wikipedia, I request you to study the Quran.
@@Jesuslordoflords-y4m All prophets before Hazrat Muhammad (peace be upon him) were sent to a specific nation or tribe. In 610 CE, the door of prophethood was closed with Muhammad (peace be upon him), because Islam was completed as a religion and there was no need for another prophet to come. Islam is not for a specific nation or tribe, because it is a complete religion for all human beings in the world. The good news of the arrival of this final prophet was also given by Allah in the Torah, Gospel, and Psalms. But this is Allah's will, to guide whom He pleases.

Genesis 1:26 Then God said, "Let Us make man(Adam) in Our image, according to Our likness.
It says Us and Our and not me and my because Jesus took part in creating the first man
John 17:5 And now, O Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world was.
If the one true God of the Bible(Deuteronomy 6:4) is multiple divine persons, and allah is not so it means that they just copied surah 2:50 from the Bible, and it is not really allah.

But since these books have been altered, it is not necessary to believe in them. Those books are no longer in their original state. Isn't it injustice to crucify an innocent person (Jesus) to atone for the sins of others? In Islam, every person is responsible for their own actions. Hazrat Jesus (peace be upon him) was also a noble servant and prophet of Allah, but you people have made him a god by associating partners with Allah.

What does it mean to be a "righteous Muslim "?
You need to convert to Christianity and accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and God's son. Jesus said he is the only way to heaven(John 14:6)
Welcome to Islam brother. Intention in Islam is very important. When a person does a good deed, there are 4 intentions to consider, viz first doing it for the love for Allah, second for honoring our Nabi SAW (for he commanded us to do good), third for the recipient, then only for your reward from Allah. Also when u do a good deed immediately after that say 3 times Astagfirullah so as to protect u from your ego that may influence u to feel proud for the wrong reasons for doing the deed.
Also of note is if u do it to please some person, then on the Day of Judgement, Allah will bring that person before u and say, 'u did it for him now see if he can save u.'
Stay away from false idols, and don’t elevate other humans to such a level that you believe them to be infallible. Only Allah is perfect, and He is the Only One worthy of worship.
