Good job! Final battle cleared in no time at all + two endings on the same night?! You got your hero license! You passed all the tests! You're officially allowed to wield your hero sword and break pots in search for coins without fearing from the law! The puzzles got devious at some points, and there were parts when your gaming skills almost acted against you. Having ten solutions in your mind from remembering all the tricks a dev tried to pull on you is a good way to foster one or two trust issues; finding ways for a game to surprise you with a solution is no small feat by the game. Truly a love letter to all the names that joined us growing up.
I knew we were gonna finish Tunic today and kinda wondered how it would go after you slay the heir. Because you would probably have prepared so well for the boss battle today. Also, you are a gamer with good gaming skills and admirable persistence. So I thought this stream would be a little bit shorter than usual, but wow. I didn't expect what happened after that. Still, the process of figuring out those puzzles was very fun and intriguing. I liked it. The impression I had from Tunic is that it's a really great game as action and puzzle games. Along with the cool boss fight, there were quite cool puzzles and secrets that were hidden all over the map. So I feel like ending A is an ending of Tunic as an action game, and ending B is an ending as a puzzle game. Both parts are so well made and wonderfully designed. The golden path hint from the main menu was mind blowing. That was really unexpected and so cool. It was kinda painful to find and figure out how to solve it. Especially the golden path puzzle. That moment reminds me of you playing Entropy Centre last year with the "The first thing is the last thing to do" puzzle. But it was fun. I just merely watched you play, but trying to participate when you solve the puzzles was definitely satisfying and rewarding. The hype and excitement when we solved the puzzle was really something great. Besides, you being so happy and excited when you figure out how to solve it was really cute too. Another greatly well made game finished today and put an "end" to its playlist. Thanks. It was really fun to see you play this game. Kinda nice that we didn't read supas today and saved it for tomorrow. It will be so much fun to look back on this game tomorrow. Hope you enjoy the poke. Glad you like it. Also glad to know you are trying to go to the gym twice a week and following the schedule. It's so good for you to stay on top of things so well It's getting really cold. Stay warm, okay? Have sweet dreams. See you tomorrow.
That’s another game for the completed list! My peanut brain could never have comprehended the puzzles toward the end. Never would’ve guessed that the real final boss was the very manual guiding us all the way. The story may have kept us in the dark, nothing seemed to make sense at times, but one thing is certain after this long journey: knowledge is power! That knowledge ended breaking the heir’s painful cycle and freeing the world! Kudos, Kronii! I’d expect no less from the puzzle master herself! You deserve that poke bowl after all that (which reminds me I gotta try one myself someday)! Thanks for the enlightening journey!
a lot of the meta knowledge that comes in for these puzzles is what makes this game so special, and it's always fun seeing people encounter it for the first time. Cheers for the stream and well done clearing the game
Just now able to take the time to catch up with this, and I will say... you are a stronger person than I. That stuff at the end was wayyyyyy more tedious than I would have been willing to deal with. Grats on toughing it out, though! That's our gamer warden for you.
It was such a good game, right? When I first time seeing the breaking 4th wall puzzle, it was really mind blowing moment for me. I played this game long while ago when I was still interested in translation and linguistic study. I mean that was what I learned so that might be the reason I totally fell to this game easily. I'm happy you like it too, and most importantly you finished this game, great job Hope you good rest and enjoy your leftover, see you tomorrow
My brain was too smooth to be of any help with the puzzles, but it was really fun watching you looking like Pepe Silvia trying to solve them yourself. Phase 2 of the fox queen was a cakewalk by comparison. Have a good rest for your fried brain, Kronii.
I came here from the clip "Kronii Went AWFULLY QUIET When Someone Asked Her This Question About Vegetables" and i just came to say usually the time limit for eating before surgery is 8 hours. Usually you're not going to eat just right before bed so you'd have an empty stomach in the morning.
Congrats on beating the game. The flower puzzle took me an hour to figure out and you solved it instantly. The game really makes you use your noggin and the puzzles feels so rewarding when you figure them out. Happy to see you finish this game and getting the true end. I want to apologize for backseating so much in chat, I'll try to be more mindful next time.
Gonna be real, I hate when games end this way. Where the first ending is so bad you feel compelled to get the true ending. Then they copy the worst part from wind waker and make you do the triforce hunt before you can get the real ending. Game was cool and the real ending was nice, but I'm glad I was in a position where I could just skip the fairy hunt part of the vod.
