Case study #2. The plaintiff is surely disrespectful to the defendant. I would keep my distance from her. However, in 2 apartments I have lived in, sure enough kids messed in the pool, and management closed them for days to sanitize and fix the pH balance of the water.
Because that's the better, sanitize.period !! The plaintiff was being very unreasonable..

Case#1, the little woman child is still under the impression that when you get a special breed dog, that it is a pure bred, and that with the husky, it will not be a reactive dog. She did not research into this mixed breed. And she paid for the mix. No refund.
The defendant is the expert They also reached out to experts, and he was still willing to give her her full refund.. But of course you wanted the dog back. Can't keep the dog and money..How you think is who you are
Case #1...If the gentleman is willing to provide a DNA test to prove he is telling her the truth about this dog's genetics then why is this woman dragging him to court over this matter? As far as "purebred" everybody knows that these "designer breeds" that are so popular nowadays are made up of two different dogs. The Labradoodle, for example. Very cute dog....Labrador and Poodle mixed to make this dog. The dog is extremely cute and she admits to having bonded with this dog. She also says that she did very little, if any, research on this dog before purchasing him. He was "trending" and some famous person owned one, and the dog was very small and cute and she wanted a cute little dog to dress up and stick in her purse as a living accessory. I think she just changed her mind and wants her money back because she got sticker shock and paid $4500 for a dog and she tried to use the excuse of the dog being multiple breeds to justify this, but the judge had done her research and wasn't having this.
The gentleman seems to be very reasonable and he has offered her MULTIPLE solutions to try and resolve this matter. He offered to pay for a DNA test to prove the validity of the dog's genetics to her and he even offered her a full refund, on the condition that she returned the dog to him. She didn't want to do that. She wants to have her cake and eat it too, because she wants the $4500 back AND she wants to still keep the dog too, because despite being "a mutt", she has bonded with the dog and he is "her baby" and he IS extremely cute and she doesn't want to part with the dog. It doesn't work that way....if you eat the proverbial steak, you have to pay for it. If she wants to keep the dog, she has to pay for the dog. Gucci isn't cheap.
Should see my dog, Doxie/Lab mix, generally known as a mutt. But a loveable fur baby. Now that the lady paid for the dog, she is stuck with what she wanted.
Why didn’t she just take her daughter with her to the restroom.. accidents happen! They shouldn’t even be in court:)

Case #1 - def a mutt. Most designer dogs are “mutts” lol go get a husky if you want that purebred. Case #2 - this is why you don’t ignore instructions.
Even with a swim diaper things can seep out so at the end of the day when you're taking kids to swim in a pool you're taking that risk no even adults do disgusting stuff and pull so I would just advise not going to swim if you feel that way cuz I'm damn sure not

@@nhughes1162 if the dog is 87% one breed then they are considered purebred but all breeds are mixed with other breeds to make up certain characteristic in behavior and looks when that is achieved then they give the new addition a purebred name and it becomes a purebred but until then they are all muts cute muts but muts i agree with you that it is the so called experts approval on which bred is named purebred you are 100% correct on your statement I thought everyone knew that all breeds came from wolves and they are bred to make different dogs, i laugh when i see prices of designer breeds people need to research more to see that designer breed means mut there is really no such thing recognized as a designer breed you have no idea if the pup will show more signs of mom or dad and what the temperament will be in a so called designer breed that is why you pay more for a purebred they have been tested and breed to bring out the best qualities which takes years do i personally only buy purebred and i research first to see what to look for in the eye shape, height, weight, hair color, color pattern, teeth, eye placement, everything i can learn about that breed before buying a puppy and she should have done the same $4500 for a mut is insane
Case#2, the defendant brought the diaper her daughter wore in the pool, like gross everyone out. I would not have touched that little diaper that the baby pooped in.
What ⁉️ She obviously brought unused diapers. If they were used they would be big and misshapen.
I like her however I despise actors being the Plaintiff and Defendant. I no longer these "court/adjudication" cases. I no longer watch.
