This is so helpful! I'm trying to make my prom dress at the moment and I've been struggling so hard with finding an easy long skirt. I do have two small questions- Do I need to include seam allowance to the width of my waist measurement? (For when I sew the main panels together) and can I cut my skirt into three pieces without causing any issues? (I.e two quarters and a half) I've not made very many garments yet so I'm sorry if these questions are stupid! Thank you so much for the tutorial

I have a fabric piece but it's width is quite short. Almost 34 inch only. But it's length is enough. How to make a skirt out of that
Make 2 half circle. But your fabric is not enough for long skirt. You can make 4 quarter circles♥️🥰🌹
