How to show flow direction arrow in GIS
There are 8 flow direction and each flow direction have their own code in the X, Y coordinate system.
Flow direction is very to develop flow accumulation and watershed delineation

you could just use Stream to Feature tool and pass flow direction raster as both raster arguments to get a drainage network. though it would look different
