Great talk thank you. I know those who deny the Eucharist essentially say this is what Jesus meant by eating His Flesh and drinking His Blood.

Really like Dr Brants authenticity and this was an excellent talk ,although not so much the description of eating a good meal of steak and crawfish creatures.
You have compared Lexio Divina to the NEW Mass, the novus ordo. How does it compare to the OLD Mass, the Latin Rite?
So Beth is house of God El means God like El Shaddai Sabaoth. God of Heavenly Armies. When they say Bethel Church means House of God. Thank You Dr Pitre
I was taught Bethlehem means House of Bread God in the Bresd.

Thank you Dr. Pitre, I am glad to learn about Lectio Divina, now after 6 decades of life. I got your book Introduction to the Spiritual Life, which apparently was an offshoot of this Steubenville Conference.
I would ask you to not conform to the anti-Christian left's preferences in your speech - the seminarian, who asked you that question, was most certainly a man and thus should be referred to as he and not they.
