Maybe you could teach Lucky to hold the fork and feed herself if she is hungry. You have to be persistent and not keep picking her up. Try to just keep putting her back on her chair, she'll get the hang of it. Its a lot of work, but will probably save you time and clean up. You could cut it up in really small pieces and leave out for her to eat if you're away.
