This guy is a good teacher, his students seem to have learned good self-discipline from him and their techniques are crisp! The standards of the students are how you recognise a great instructor, I am 66yrs old and have been a student of martial arts since 18yrs old, Wing Chun, TKD and currently Shotokan.
