I love how you've taken the old style temporary tattoo stencil designs and used them on cakes. And as an airbrush teacher from the 70's here in Australia, I love watching people bring back the stencil ideas of the 1950's. Acetate is nothing new for stencils and a quick wipe with pure isopropyl alcohol will render most films food safe. I have told my students just cutting paper stencils doing one time images on cakes work fine. The only downside of commercially produced stencils is, how much used can you get out of one design. If you have the money to throw away, go for them. Nice video.
