  • Paul Murdaugh’s friend, Rogan Gibson, testified that he heard Alex Murdaugh’s voice in the background of a phone call and video from the night the disgraced lawyer’s wife and son were killed. Gibson testified that he is 100 percent positive the third voice heard with Maggie and Paul is the disbarred South Carolina attorney.

Don't see any hard evidence that Alec is the shooter. Hearing his voice means nothing. You can see kennels from the road. Alex could have been in his car leaving. I hope the state has somehting other that circumstantial evidence to put him on trial for murder. Not one piece of physical evidence? C'mon makes no sense at all for him to be able to pull all that off on his own and the investigators not find one shred of evidence. I'm not buying it. This is why they went with quick and speedy trial not give the state long time to figure it all out cause they don't know who shot those two all i know is it wasn't Alec, IMHO

And I appreciated the lawyer pushing the fact that had the voice been a male STRANGER down there with them, Paul and Maggie wouldn't have been so calm. It all adds up to Alex. But Paul filming that video is what's going to make sure his murderer faces justice.

@Patsy Cline the factors of financial crimes has not been introduced to jury as of yet. IF the judge allows for that to come in on 408 tomorrow that could be a reason for appeal. Neither son or wife had life insurance policies so consequently does NOT rise to motive. Previous acts that have yet not been adjudicated at this point are not settled bad acts or crimes. Helps to know a least a modicum of law & not to depend on what one has seen or heard from a person or the media. The very reason a jury is told not to discuss or research until all testimony is complete, closing arguments presented & instructions given. No one has all of the evidence at this point. No one has any idea what the defense will present. Public emotion especially on RUclips or other social media sites is NOT how our legal system works. Every citizen should be very afraid if guilt or innocence is decided on uninformed information. Is this how you would hope to be judged? Good-luck on that if you do.

I AM NOT WILLING to up hold JUSTICE. I have Already PREDETERMINED the outcome.

The murders happened in the evening of June 7th, 2021. Paul spoke with Rogan on the phone at 8:40 about Rogan's dig whose tail was injured. Rogan's dig was being kept at the kennels under Paul's care. Rogan asked Paul on a text after the call to take a picture of the tail so Rogan could share it with a vet. Paul decides to do a video which captures Paul, his mother Maggie, and his father Alex's voice. That video never made it to Rogan. Rogan was asked the next day about the male voice in the background on the PHONE CALL and he tells police that he is 99% sure it is Alex's. He's asked again as time went on and was doubting himself. He then FINALLY watches the video in November 2022 via police and is 100% sure it's Alex on that video. He then is played the video in court today and states he is 100% sure once again. Will (another friend of Paul's) took the stand today and said he is 100% sure it's Alex's voice on that video. BAM!

It was a miracle that Paul was taking care of his friends dog and went to take a photo of the tail for his dog. Without this video, Alec may have gotten off. He’s so guilty.
