ah so i didnt see this in the comments so ill be the nerd haha 😂 the nidoking you pulled is a new-ish type of card, where the entire card is a detailed art of a pokemon, in the Sword and Shield era they were called Trainer Galleries because they usually featured a pokemon and a trainer from the games, now theyre universally just called illustration rares/art rares!! theyre super cool cards, i love them a ton personally. there's a higher tier of them in scarlet/violet sets called special art rares, theyre kind of like what the alternate arts from sword and shield are.

special art rares are harder to pull and they have texture ^^
