It really reminds me of Unlock in general, the Japanese album. It’s very rock based, but blended with lighter elements due to the piano etc. It’s the sound I have waited so long for with DAY6, but with like a flipped mood. Anyways as long as my Bri is writing happy songs 😭😭😭

Most of the songs in the album are brighter than usual because they took away all the sadness and put it in Cover
It's got the lighthearted-ness of I'm Serious with the youthful energy of Dance Dance, but it's still completely different from either (Edit: It's also got big Freely vibes) They said they made this album with the live performances/crowd interaction in mind and I think you can really feel that

I've been waiting for another Day6 comeback that excites me as much as Shoot Me did, and this is it. I love the more rock feel, it's more upbeat than a lot of their previous title tracks, and overall I think they just really hit the mark with this song. I'm so proud of them, let's get Day6 their first win!

What's it like being friends with Chicken Little?
It's reminiscent of their Japanese song "LIVE YOUR LIFE". No, it's definitely not one of those depressing songs of DAY6 because in contrast, the sound and the vibe of this song seemingly encourage the listeners to live life to the fullest. To be always excited about what's to come. To always have hope and contentment whatever comes our way.

Guys dw is actually the brand of dowoons drums. It’s actually interesting seeing him use stuff like pearl during their rookie days and transitioning to dw now (which is considered one of the best, if not the best drum brand). Same transition can be seen in the other members instruments too. Wonpils piano costs about 4000 and his synth is around 2000-3000 too.
All I’m trying to say is day6 is becoming more successful :3

This was my first Day6 song and I fell in love with it! Zombie, their new release is good too!
Wonpil's vocals on the first chorus and Jae's "Time of Our life" lines near the end were my favorites I was moved. Also the MV is very beautiful.
Early 2000's anime ost, that's what I'm thinking about these song. When you even heard Rurouni Kenshin OST, you willn't surprised for the sound. I always amazed for Day6's J-rock music exploration.
I like how you pay attention to the dome, I'm waiting if you also noticed what I'm thinking.
If you look at it, the dome is oddly have two part, up and down. The way their shadow on the upper part of the dome is not connected to down part is confused me..
if the upper part have different shape it should still connected isnt it? its like both part have different shape and also different lightning source

It hits differently 'cause it legit sounds like and could fit as an anime song. I've heard tons of Day6 songs and there's really that "Day6 song" vibe(I know it doesn't make sense but yeah) in each and every one of them. But this one, I heard it first from when my sister was playing it on her phone, and I thought she was playing an anime opening song, which struck me odd because she isn't a fan of anime and all. And my jaw literally dropped when she said it was Day6's comeback song.

I feel like the "release" is at the part when the snare hits switched from eighth notes to quarter notes (not sure if I'm using those terms right) in the chorus. It felt the same way as Letting Go because the beat is so fast in the beginning but then it switches to a slower one you can groove with easily. It's like a breathing point. Also, that's the point when I involuntarily headbang so it's literally a release of energy to me. I'll probably have a stiff neck tomorrow lol
