HOW TO MAKE A MONSTER HIGH ROOM FOR CLAWDEEN WOLF AND CLEO DE NILE

- This video is about how to make a Monster High doll room for my daughter's dolls, Clawdeen Wolf and Cleo de Nile. For my other Monster High room tutorials, goo.gl/M05zx0. To subscribe to my channel: goo.gl/rKHGqY.
After making a series of "suites" for Monster High dolls Draculaura, Ghoulia Yelps, and Lagoona Blue, I decided that Clawdeen Wolf and Cleo de Nile needed to share a room. So, in case you'd like to follow along and create your own dorm room for Clawdeen and Cleo with the materials I used, I have listed them below:
1. The bedroom/dorm room shelf is a Foremost large white cube. You can buy these at Hayneedle.com or Amazon.com.
2. The wallpapers and floor papers are from various craft stores (Michaels, Joann, Hobby Lobby). The key for me was to pick animal prints for Clawdeen Wolf, and golds for Cleo de Nile. For Cleo, I was tempted to do black and gold, but I felt her bed would blend into the background if I did that.
3. Cleo de Nile has a vanity playset which includes a mirrored vanity and a chair. So given how much room her bed takes up, I didn't find the need to put any other furniture into Cleo's side.
4. Clawdeen Wolf's dress form: this came with the Monster High Tapefitti playset.
5. Clawdeen Wolf's furry ottoman: I covered a cardboard cube with the neon green fur and added four beads to the bottom for legs. The fur came from Joann Fabrics.
6. Clawdeen Wolf's wardrobe/fashion design center: I took a jewelry box from Michaels and hot-glued it to the side of the shelf. I added some of her outfits, shoes, and accessories. I also got the idea to add bolts of cloth (from MyFroggyStuff) for Clawdeen to design with...I cut out strips of cardboard, then wrapped prints that I thought Clawdeen would like around them. Finally, I added some Monster High stickers to complete the look.
This was one of the easiest Monster High bedrooms I have ever created...largely because Cleo's side was already self-completed (I had made a bed, and bought a vanity), and there wasn't much to make for Clawdeen's side.

Having these two dorm together is not a match I'd thought to use, but since they are now best ghoul friends I guess why not!
everything about their room is so cool, all the colors, textures, fabrics, and special accessories.
and thank god for that vanity set!
Carrie Wright I know, they don't seem like they would be a natural fit, but given that they both have sisters that they find annoying, I actually thought it made quite a good pairing in the end. Glad you liked it!!

Ahhh, I love it! you were right, we can pair anyone in monster high because there is no precedent, mostly because everyone gets along so well. both rooms are clawesome!

Oooh Clawdeen's open closet is a great idea! I can totally see her using one of those, especially with her ambition for fashion! Very cool!!! And there can never be enough gold in Cleo's room, haha. It looks perfect!!! :)

Hi there, it's the RUclipsr with the awesome channel name! I was thinking about getting her pet salon playset but...my issue is, I really don't like buying dolls without articulation. How do you know how to make a toy bed
why is clawdeen and cleo roomates and not the other monster high dolls that you made seperate bedrooms for?
Hien Do Because I had a lot of furniture and playset accessories for the other dolls, but not for these two. I think other than Frankie, who will get her own room, everyone else will be paired up as roommates.
