I love it how you push another life into your old songs, they sound like absolutely brand new songs while the old versions still rock out. Some people say they are better than the old ones, I say they both are great their own way.
Am I the only one who feels like there's something missing to this song? It is good and as long as PrinceWhateverer enjoys what he does I'm fine with it, but this doesn't have the same feeling of darkness as the first The Fight Inside. The way I describe how things feel is probably kinda weird to most people but the original had a better rectangular feeling to it, which I loved for that type of song. This song is more like a really thin and tall isoceles triangle. (Sorry that's probably weird.) I do really like this though.
Welp, time to vocal cover this song again XD NRG's vox fit the track really well, and overall an improvement on the original version, nicely done Prink ^.^
I enjoy this one a lot. There are a lot of things that got improved on and it benefited greatly from that, but I far prefer the original, even with these new fixes. The original just felt like it had so much more hate, but at the same time so much sorrow. It captured the inner conflict of Luna beautifully, and this one just fails to do that. Call me old fashioned, but I prefer the original. Luv ya bby!
Dude I'm so stoked that you released a physical copy of your album! I wanted to work something out so that I could make a CD but this is sooooooooo much better!
Can't afford to buy this album, but I love so much off of it! ~ Thank you for putting so much work into everything you do, you deserve some more fans. Your music is great, I listen to the original Frailty and Not Letting Go to this very day! I can't get enough of 'em... they're amazing. Keep up the good work! I'd follow you to the ends of the internet and beyond ;P
I see a lot of people don't like it as much. And I can see why, because the original felt more brutal. However I also really like the pacing of the music here. So I like both, it depends on which mood I'm in, for which one I want. But you both did a great job!
Nah, I think the original is a lot better in terms of the power of the vocals. The audio balancing was just less... awkward sounding, if that makes sense? I don't mind some of the electronicore influences in this version, but what I liked about the original was the fact that it just had more punch with the screams and growls. This version feels kinda like when a band goes back to do a new version of a popular old song of theirs, with improved skills and such, only to kind of lack what made the original so good to begin with. Like, no offence to PrinceWhatever and NRGPony on this one, but I seriously think the mixing butchered the vibe the original version gave off. The vocal punch that made this one of my favorite metalcore songs from the fandom is just missing here because the vocals just don't soar with the production, they are fighting for dominance. At least, that's this hardcore (as in the subgenre) music snob thinks.
in my opinion this version has a much more full-bodied sound but the lyrics are lacking, they do need more punch. the lyric mix should have been closest to the original
Really? I thought this version was lacking in overall production. It has some interesting flair, sure, but the instrumentals felt incredibly odd for some reason. Probably because the balancing for the guitars is weird when compare to the original for me, but that's probably just me.
People saying the original was better.. I don't get where they get this "sounds like you're just saying the lyrics".. I actually like this version because your voice sounds more mature and less emo than the original.
I'm back! Ready for nightmare night!? This time it's going to have this music in it, he hehe they are going to have headphones on 100000% max they will be screaming!
Does any of your albums still sell with the original one? I love them both its just the one that made me fall in love with your music, and hits a chord of nostalgia for me.
hey prince have u been getting rid of some of your older songs off your youtube ? Just wondering because a playlist i had of exclusively your songs a few of them disappeared.
BOW DOWN TO YOUR PRINCE, FOR HE IS WHATEVERER!
I love it how you push another life into your old songs, they sound like absolutely brand new songs while the old versions still rock out. Some people say they are better than the old ones, I say they both are great their own way.

You do not know the power of this song until you've been in the pit for it live.
Shout out from Neighhem Festivals one and two!

I really like this, but am I the only one that KINDA prefers the original work?
Btw Notification Squad!
Nope, I kind of feel the same. I got this with pretty much all of the reinvents. I guess this style just isn't my cup of tea.

Onyx Arrow Couldn't have summed it up better.
-Great instrumental held back by strange sounding, not as powerful vocals
Still pretty good song

I was ready to sleep, when suddenly...
People saying the original was better..
I don't get where they get this "sounds like you're just saying the lyrics".. I actually like this version because your voice sounds more mature and less emo than the original.
