I have now started my Musashi. To create the lines on the hull what width tape did you use and what did you then brush on the hull before spaying or did you just brush to clean the hull, thank you.
In your stash you had both the Yamato and Musashi in the standard black Tamiya packaging. You also have both kits in a lighter colored box. Is there anything different between the two kits or is it just updated packaging.
Perhaps I am mistaken, but I've seen a Yamato class model kit with the 1941/42 configuration (4 turrets of 155mm). The kits are always of their 1944/45 appareance.
I shall be starting this project soon so I much watch all these films, thank you.

I am not a big fan of their practical design, but in terms of ascetics they were among the most beautiful ships to ever put to sea.

5mm masking tape brush is for cleaning dust

Only the latest version of 78030 is slightly different
