昨天试做了,非常好吃!只是我没有室温的鸡蛋,直接用放冰箱的。打出来没有这样的顺滑。烘培的时间没有60分钟(大约50分钟),因为温度过高了。怕烧焦。。。😅 如果要减少糖,建议减多少呢?谢谢。
如果你要减糖建议放泡打粉哦,因为牛油需要一定分量的糖分来帮助打发。第一次做也是测试,就自家烤箱温度啊味道啊再随自己口味自行调整🙂

其实泡打粉是让做蛋糕的失败率减得很低,它是用化学的方式让蛋糕变得蓬松或更蓬松。另外用打蛋器打发蛋白啊黄油这些都是属于物理学的发泡法,拿捏不好的话就会失败了。

你好,不建议一次做2份以上,鸡蛋份量越多,在鸡蛋和黄油混合是越容易出现油水分离的状况。如果是第一次做建议先做一份。要烤多个的话就要看你的烤箱的能耐了哦,温度要自行做调整。

你好,这个蛋糕我有试过4粒蛋的份量也就是x2的份量。不过在第四粒鸡蛋和打发的黄油混合时容易出现油水分离的状态。所以我个人不建议一次过做大份量。
打发牛油就需要更多一点点时间,没有到2倍。

我真的很喜欢这个食谱,做了好多次。放在冰箱几天了还是一样松软好吃。不过我总是遇到一个问题,就是卡油!它不是整个底层卡油,是这边卡一点,那边卡一点,我也不明白什么问题,口感是很好的,但是卡油真的有碍美观😅
我自己的经验是用到冷冻的cempedak果肉放进面糊后容易出水才出现这种卡油的状况。用新鲜的OK哦。还有请问你做的份量多吗?

这款蛋糕建议用两粒鸡蛋比较不会翻车哦,你在打发奶油和糖粉后加入鸡蛋搅拌的时候会看见差别的。
