Yeah FPS have always been especially bad with cheaters especially on the PC. The way the engine hides or shows characters makes it very difficult for the client not to see player data from people 1/2 mile away as you look at them. Every instance of CS was always known to have a huge number of cheaters

I think we as a community need to push for a meta away from top placement into top kills. All these kids like Aiden, Zlander, etc. all say they hide and play like bots for placement because there is no reason to push. If create a loud enough voice to push for a placement/reward based on kills, then watch their gameplay attempting to take as many fights as possible, then we'd see how good they actually are. No excuse for hiding, if they want the bag they need to push/get kills. Then we can see how many of them will get a 30 banger in a LAN based setup. I don't even think they need to compete against eachother, hell, give them all the highest possible internal rank, ie. all #1 in points, then queue up into public games and attempt to slaughter in top lobbies. None of these kids would walk away with more than 1 kill

Honestly not confirming or denying the accusations on Zlaner gives both Doc and Tim room to work with, they can still play with him and bring entertainment to the stream but at the same time him being sus brings in views as well. In a way its a win win for Doc and Tim as long as they dont cheat.

I think we as a community need to push for a meta away from top placement into top kills. All these kids like Aiden, Zlander, etc. all say they hide and play like bots for placement because there is no reason to push. If create a loud enough voice to push for a placement/reward based on kills, then watch their gameplay attempting to take as many fights as possible, then we'd see how good they actually are. No excuse for hiding, if they want the bag they need to push/get kills. Then we can see how many of them will get a 30 banger in a LAN based setup. I don't even think they need to compete against eachother, hell, give them all the highest possible internal rank, ie. all #1 in points, then queue up into public games and attempt to slaughter in top lobbies. None of these kids would walk away with more than 1 kill
