Astaghfirullah (100 times) - I seek forgiveness from Allah.
Of the benefits of saying Astaghfirullah - I seek forgiveness from Allah is that Allah the Almighty says in the noble Quran referring to prophet Nuh Peace be Upon Him “so I said pray to your Lord for your forgiveness indeed he is oft forgiving and he will cause the heavens to rain upon you in abundance and he will help you with riches and children and cause gardens to grow for you and cause rivers to flow for you” (71:19) .
Another benefit of saying Astaghfirullah (I seek forgiveness from Allah) is that Ibn al-Abbas may Allah be pleased with him said that the Messenger of Allah Peace and Blessing be Upon him said if anyone constantly seeks forgiveness from Allah, Allah will appoint for him a way out of every distress and a relief from every anxiety and will provide sustenance for him from where he does not expect.
Recite along whilst driving, cleaning, cooking, walking or cycling. Use it to help you relax and help you go to sleep at night.
