This is not normal frog. it is rare frog and has bigger body almost 2-4times bigger than normal frog and very tasty only found in 1000-2400M elevation.
As a Nepalese who cooked all his childhood in village to help my aunt and mom… this is immensely funny to watch and very satisfying. You did a good job !

Karela is Bitter melon, haldi/besar is turmeric natural antibiotic. good for health that's why we put it on all kind of curry. aamba is guava that's a fruit. rayo saag is Mustard Green.
