Who am i to advise Lawrence Oyor, but i would advise he verifies his stories and read Kenneth Hagins book called Midas touch to see Kennethem perspective on money. Alot of this stories cannot be verified. Lets take our instructions from scripture and not unverified stories
Read "Biblical keys to financial prosperity" by Kennth Hagin. He did talk about this in a chapter named "authority over finances"

He also Impressed on me that we are not against situations we are against personalities. So he is right. The mountains and gates are spirits.

If you read the whole story of the rich man you quoted it will make sense to you that Jesus have no issues with him being wealthy (Joseph Arimathea was a wealthy disciples of Jesus brother) but have issues with his attachments to his wealth.
Laying treasures in heaven was said in the context of giving out of what you have to GOD and not having more money

The Holy Spirit gives us wisdom. Jesus spoke in parables. He was using this as an example of how money can take the place of the creator.
If poverty is a sign of serving God faithful then continue in it
