Interesting, how I have been doing many of the things you mention without the realisation or awareness.
Eye gazing, enjoying food slowly, the rest, the walking naked in the house. The attention to dressing. To love and respect myself.
2015 till somewhere in 2018, during these years I have been doing the above mentioned. I felt at my very best..
I had to transmute some lower vibrational energies last year, and somehow doing that I forgot my flow..

I’ve been through some really trying times growing up, and thought things were better once I owned my own home at 20, but that house ended up burning down and I lost almost everything I had. A year later, I wish I found you sooner. I’ve done some serious accepting of everything that’s happened, but you’ve helped me take the leap of trying to UNDERSTAND it. It was definitely a very VERY hard thing to go through, but for sure the most cleansing thing I’ve ever experienced. Fire IS cleansing, even in the worst way possible. it's been years that I don't have any mirrors in my bedroom, and another thing I always resemble mirror gazing with the story of Narcissus he saw his reflection, became entranced by it, and killed himself, kinda tragic 🤔👀😂🌸

I think this was a super interesting topic. In the last few weeks I consciously started slowing down.. especially when my mind wanted to go into autopilot I stop and go the opposite way. I actually love this new awareness I only got to notice this new habit. Whenever I can stop and then become aware in this I feel so much better than in autopilot. I also start breathing consciously and slowly and it puts me right into the Center of my being 🥰

This is awesome, I've recently experienced a massive change in everything, I shifted to a much more...how to say...attuned reality. My first physical experience of awareness of what I would consider Kundalini energy was actually not a sexual experience at all. I was in a sweat lodge, and had been gifted to aid the fire tender which made this a very special experience for me. About half way through the lodge, the man in the middle of the lodge sang a song. During this song, I had a physical sensation of only what I can attribute to an explosion form the base of my spine into the Earth. Still working on what that was all about and it is nearly 5 years later....(BTW I am Justin's female counterpart, not Justin, we just share a computer.)
