Really enjoyed this one and like the cottage cheese idea; as you say it’s really filling. My weight fluctuates like crazy. For the first time in years I lost a fair bit of weight earlier this year but recently the willpower has been out the window! I need to refocus. Great idea for a series and stay motivated mate 👍. I'm still very new, but when I finish my Sober for October journey, I'm going to post a follow up on this as well as a general channel address to make the channel more focused going forward. Channel's a bit all over the place at the moment 😅.
@staleofte3309 I've only really discovered the benefits of low-fat cottage cheese. It's new to me, but it seems to be working whilst keeping the hunger at bay.
@jscientist204 I personally would stay away from both. However, you could find a recipe to make your own pizza pops using flat bread, which would be much better.
I have dropped 20kgs after I changed my lifestyle. I still enjoy pizza once in a while, but no more than 3 pieces (if a pizza is divided in 8) and allways together with a big salad (and low calorie dressing).
@@MrFed. Took me 1.5 years. After going down 10kg I started jogging a bit. Before that just long fast walks. Now I can jog for 1.5 hours at a time. Im now 75kg and in the best shape of my life. Btw Im 47 years old.
@staleofte3309 that's great. It goes to show it's never too late for us middle-aged fellas. My goal is another stone by September. I'm sure I'll do another vlog to keep the motivation there.

I also eat crisp bread with 2% fat cottage cheese and no-sugar jam.
