Congrats 💪 Will have a full review coming soon. There was something in the set up that I missed that may have contributed to the wedges having some inconsistent results
@@ScratchAt50 Well that will be interesting to find out what that is? I have the same issue with the SC300. It also appears to struggle with wedges and spin rates are only available via the app (which is free). I'll be watching for the set up and review vlogs 👍👍👍
Did you select the club on the unit, didn’t see you using the remote to switch club. Was your angle set correct too, when you turn it on it gives you a + or - number, needs to read 0 then it says OK to know its level.
Hi Thanks for the comment. So I did select the club but I did it with my phone that I find easier, Should have mentioned this on the video. However I cant 100% say the +or- was defo 0. I assumed it was because the range hitting area was as flat as a pool table. Have used more since and have had better results so a full review coming soon
You will find with most of the portable launch monitors wedges specifically are kind of all over. I have the mevo plus with the pro package. I love it. It's a bit tedious to get setup, but once it is you get everything and then some.
Will have a full review coming soon. I agree that your expectations have to be linked to how much the device cost. There was something in the set up that I missed that may have contributed to the wedges having some inconsistent results
What course in Jupiter? It looks nice. I have played a course or two down there in Jensen Beach and I’d like to visit the one in your video. Oh yeah, I just bought the updated SC4 Pro…
One thing I see is if it has to be 5 feet behind the ball and you're hitting on a range, well your ball isn't always in that spot especially after you take a divot and have to move the ball. ??
I had the r10 before, then sold it to a friend, I only had it 4 a couple of weeks now. Thinking about 14 myself again or possibly this sc 4, I don't really care too much about kneadin. Spin numbers with my wages. I know they are all around 10k spin , Same with drivers, I know my windows, What i'm interested mainly is from Pw to mid to long irons , I do like the fact it has a screen Just for a quick look back, By the way, I did have the 300 I. As well and like the screen option as well, .. The screen on the SC4 does look easier to read at a glance, then the R10 on my phone , The practice range what's fun to play with on the R10? I'll have to see what the s. C4 has, but for what I'm looking for the SC4 might be something I can throw in the bag. And take to practice And news in my backyard net setup
I've had an SC400 for a little while now and so far I'm pretty disappointed. It seems very sensitive to how it's set up even with a tape measure. It also seems to read low with EVERY shot. I can see balls landing at 150 but it reads more like 130. I will say it is consistently low with every club so the repeatability is there, but no accuracy.
Pretty poor form from Swing Caddie to launch a better model with a stand less than a year after the SC4. SC4 Pro spin data will not filter down to SC4.
Accuracy??? Hahahahaha SC4 is rubbish... Total Carry is incorrect... Total carry-Carry= Run distance is around 15~20m in any Spin and Apex... Launch direction is shown as may the SC4 want to show... even full push or pull, in to our or out to in... it does not show and proper launch direction... Engineeres in Voice caddie is not professioneral engineer about ballistics. They do not know what is a Spin, Apex, Launch Direction and correlation between Spin/apex and Run distance... SC4 is not worthy to buy... Just waste money and time...
I've been looking forward to this one. I'll watch it properly on the big tv when I go home...last day at work today, for ever 😂😂😂 golf, golf, golf 👍
Congrats 💪

Hi Charlie.
The course is The Loxahatchee Club.
Not an easy course to get onto unless you know a member.
How is the SC4 Pro ?

Hey Bill , there is an area of margin so the ball doesn't have to be hit from the same place every time and the unit still picks up the data.

Any new updates?
Got some more videos planned, just waiting for the bloody weather to improve. 🤬

My distance accuracy has seemed to be OK but the spin rate is way off...
Have you checked for any software updates?

Yeah agree, that is a bit naughty

SC4 is rubbish...

Accuracy is all relevant to the money you spend as well of course
