When I met a YuZhong with me using Argus in early game, I know I'm dead. I can't even farm properly when my opponent is YuZhong😭 Arg u met a lucky one, a kinda bad YuZhong user in my opinion, depending on that he used 2nd skill for his 1st unlocked skill💀 Also subscribed to you already early on, you've got to 1k since the last I see it was 600!
Yu zhong is hard in early, but late game argus wins 🗿. The only opponent I fear the most is paquito with dominance Ice ( He gave me the toughest fight , I couldn't counter him, Even my attacks are nothing against him 😭)
Quick fact: Argus is indeed NOT META. The Yu Zhong he fought on exp lane was "playing a little weak". Yu Zhong wouldn't have used his 2nd skill on minions (if he played smart, he should have unlocked first skill, instead of 2nd skill. Yz should have recalled after clearing wave, but decided to not recall. This led to unfavourable trades, followed by once again, Yz mistakes.) After Argus ult ends, he's basically useless.

Now for the build, I picked critical build because I personally think Argus is best with critical build. His main source of damage is his passive, not by dealing more hits like attack speed build. He needs a balance of speed and damage which is why I think Critical is better. Especially when he fills up passive faster with crit. For Sea Halberd, it's best to use when the enemy is tanky, or has high sustain like lifesteal or heals. I don't think Malefic Roar is needed because his passive already ignores 40% Def.
In 1vs1 Argus can see hard battle against Thamuz because as you know Thamuz ultimate gives him hp regen.
