When I imagined why don’t we’d “new sound” or just the music that they wanted us to hear, I imagined way more pop sounds, but I’ve been getting some more rock vibes from recent releases (idk maybe it’s just me) but I love it so much.
Yea me too, like almost every artist is starting to dip ther toes into rock and I'm fully in to it!!
Pop-punk is trending again so everyone is trying to replicate the sound. Been a huge fan of rock and pop-punk for my whole life, so I'm kinda digging it. I just don't like much mainstream music so it's a bit offputting, but at least people are appreciating real instruments for once.
I also thought that but I am here for it!!!! So excited to see where they end up going with this

If I remember correctly, when they came back with adrenaline, in their comeback video they mentioned how they began to be inclined to playing instruments like a band and wanted to go more into the pop/rock alternative-type route since they felt it fit more into the musical style they were pursuing.
This might be a stretch, but I think this is possibly the best song they’ve ever released. There’s a sense of maturity and freedom that was never there before. You can really tell how much fun they’re having in life and as a band right now, and it bleeds into everything they do.
I hope it gets on the radio so that they are even happier like with there other song.
