Song is called Soutrinka from the opera Dogora by Etienne Perruchon.The language is called Dogorian and was spoken by remote tribesmen in various Slavic counties.Sadly the people were persecuted and driven from towns/villages and many were killed.The song is a tribute to their dead and the opera linked various remaining language fragments
