You have ketu in 3rd house , which means you also have rahu in 9 th house along with Jupiter. Jupiter gets afflicted by rahu. Overall this is not a good combination. If 9 th lord is strong and placed in Kendra or trikona houses and aspected by benefic planets and no malefic planet is in conjunction with 9 th lord then you will get some good fortune. Don't forget to find out the lordships of Jupiter. If Jupiter is not the lord of dusthana houses like 6,8,12 then Jupiter will give you some benefits but since it's afflicted by rahu, Jupiter won't be able to give you the full benefits.
