Could have mentioned the idea of 2/7 or 3/11 switch, but admittedly at lower age brackets not easy 30-40 yard pass.

Incredibly naive? I’m guessing you mean as a coach for a young team? Because playing out from the back against a high press is the norm amongst the best teams in the world. I wouldn’t describe Pep as incredibly naive.
