John Binsfeld was my Organ Professor at Temple University! The greatest music teacher and mentor I ever had!!!!!! He was legendary in his musicianship, teaching and passion for excellence!! 45 Years as Organist at Christ Church Philadelphia and I believe just as many years playing the Wanamaker Organ. He also played for Pope John Paul II visit to Philadelphia in 1976. I will never forget how he played the Bach Christmas Oratorio, Numerous Bach Cantatas, Faure and Duruflé Requiems and so much more with the Christ Church Choir!
