22561 is wrong
Because 80000*5/100=4000 yearly interest so 4 year interest is 16000
So total amount 96000
And 96000/4=24000

Sir,Mera ek question hai ki agar Rs.100000 lac ki loan Rs.5000 ke 20 installment me pay karni hai Rate of interest 12%p.a hai magar 8 installment ke bad loan phir se renew karni hai to kaise kare ?
Matlab ke 8x5000 =40000 jama huye hai Renew karne par grahak ko payment Rs.40000 milega or loan amount 100000 ka renew ho jayega or phirse 1st installment gina jayega.
Please solve this and make a video about it.

Yearly Emi 22,561 n Semi Yearly 11,157 if we multiply 11,157*2 we will get 22,315 ... 22,561 ke nearby amount aana chaiye tha na please explain
You should be subtract 11157 from 80000 after that you use same formula. Because you pay ur emi every 6mnt not a early . That why every 6mnt subtract 11157 form ur main loan 80,000
