- Going over some thoughts on the first closed alpha test and my impressions on Mecha Break as of now. I am a bit sick so apologies for how I sound. I wanted to get some gameplay and a few thoughts out. If there is anything else you would like me to possibly see from the alpha test, units, and others, let me know. I cannot disclose everything so I am keeping things simple for now. Thank you for stopping by and I hope you enjoy the video!

The game looks incredibably promising, and I can't wait to play. From the footage shown so far:
- Boost dodge speed looks good, but BASE speed looks abysmally slow, alsmost needing to be increased x2, or x3. Especially compared to Armored Core's base movement.
- Melee attacks look like they have some nice weight to them, but the animations themself look slowed down and locked into place in an odd sense.
Looking forward to seeing other mechs though, hoping the base speed of mechs is increased quite a bit, increasing the overall flow and movement in fights.
Very much agree with your points. The boost dash feel very nice, but the base and sprint speed feel very underwhelming comparative. The melee feels very nice, but the lock on with the environment can sometimes makes the interaction odd. If there are objects in the way, such as ally units or a slight slant, the lot lunge will get cut off by it rather than complete the action to the enemy unit. Overall, I think it is fine, just a skill issue on my end😄 Might be changed on the release
Alynsys seems to be the jack of all with a heavy focus on melee, so I'll probably main it.
NIce game! So this is where the Snowbreak: Containment Zone funds go!!
🤣🤣
It will be put to good use🤣
Looks very much like Gundamn wing, It may be super smart for the game to have a lot of space maps and void combat.
Spaceships, mechs, spacestations, landing on them or asteroids, that sorta sim stuff.
Yeah, I would be super interested in seeing if/how they can develop a space map for this
Congrats on getting into the closed alpha, sadly I was unable.
It has been very enjoyable, hopefully you'll get to play in the next test
looking good gameplay with OO Raiser and Exia at home.
Definitely seems slower than Armored Core (especially with some of the grounded movement) but that might be necessary for it not to be too chaotic in a 6v6 format. Looks fun though. I'm curious to see more.
The dash speed feels very nice, but the natural sprint and ground speed does feel very slow. I'm hoping it does get a change, as it currently feels like you are playing very fast or very slow because of it. Overall though, it's has been a ton of fun!
It's intentional I think since there's a hint that this might be an esports games so making it to fast pace would make audience super confused not to mention the host would have a hard time explaining what's happening to the audience 😂
The game is still in alpha, but Exio already carrying. Look at that MVP
No no no, team effort
This seems to be a fusion between the Extreme VS series and Armored Core
Also, am I tweaking or does one of the mechas look like Aerial?
No, one of them definitely looks like Aerial lol. There's a lot of customization options, so its probably the color scheme
Fairly sure this is against section 5 of the NDA you signed, but you do you.
This was reviewed and approved beforehand. I checked with the team in charge before posting
Fair dues then, carry on
미사일 스팸과 탱크가 없다는 점에서 아머드코어보다 100배는 좋은 겜
The game looks pretty and cool but I'm pessimistic. Games made by Chinese reek of microtransactions. I can see right now many mechs/character/etc are walled inside gacha with a very low drop rate, like 0,1% like genshin, so my hope for this game is very low.
I agree with your points. I don't believe it the units will be gacha like Genshin, but hopefully the unlock conditions does not turn out to be heavily on microtransactions. If the game turns out to be pay to win, I will be sad to see another fun game be ruined by microtransactions
@@Exio27 I wish it's like armored core, everything is in the game, you just have to play to unlock them all (weapons and mecha parts.)
@@aria.e It would certainly make it better for options, but it would require it to be a full price game. I don't know how they are going to implement the game yet, either as a priced game or free to play. Everything will depend on how they decide to monotize it. Either way, I just hope it's fairly priced and not pay to win
@@Exio27 I'd rather pay 60 dollars than 200 or more dollars to be involved in gacha just to get the mechs that I need. Oh don't forget the battle pass too.
For sure agree. It is going to depend on how willing they are going to be for free to play accessible@@aria.e
