Obviously everything's great but man you kill it with the primate stuff. For the activity that humans and chimps can both engage in and interact how about a sort of simple vertical maze? The type with a sort of knob as the piece that traverses the maze that children often play with. Perhaps the guests can do half or most of the maze but the chimp has to help with the other half or final stretch? Not sure how you'd go about that but it's the best (and safest) thing I can think of at midnight haha
