in terms of pricing, i’ll say living off campus is more affordable. however, living on campus is closer to classes, safer and shops are closer. choice is up to you :))

no smoking allowed in the rooms, only outside the buildings. and yes beer is allowed as long as you are over the drinking age requirement :))
