Hi Natasha, I love how recently you are transitioning Junk Journal ideas into your cards. There are so many techniques, ideas that cross over beautifully between the two genre. This card turned out beautifully. TFS. 😀
Another great creation! The way you layer is amazing, I sit there stumped, I need to be more free and not so scared of failure! You encourage that all the time, thank you Natasha 🙂
I love the way you think. When you first started putting down all the different things I thought “oh this isn’t going to work” but I was wrong. This card is beautiful and simple. 🥰💕
Natasha, thank you. I thank you so much because you are so accomplished at card making and your ideas inspire me so much. You are my go to for all things card. The hardest thing for me is dealing with my pain because I can only sit and craft for a very short amount of time t of time before I have to rest my spine in my recliner. Well guess what? This is a recliner project. I have been working on ways to do my crafting in my recliner. I am going to make a recliner project playlist just for them because I now have hope I can do them. You rock!
Beautiful card from your scraps. I like that you are sharing some Junk Journal techniques and how to use those same techniques to make cards. I have plenty of scraps. I think it is time to make some Master boards to have on hand to use when the mood strikes me. ❤
I love making cards from scraps but am always open to different ideas - I have only used a master board once but it was fun and resulted in some beautiful tags . Never to old to learn new tricks
You elevated the idea of a master board to a new height. Love, love, love your cards and the fun process that you obviously enjoyed! I like how you used the outline of the leaf to highlight your die cut background; very effective. I also like that you used the leftover from your die cut to make a beautifully shaped background. Well done!!
Would never think of doing this. When current committments sorted, will have a go. With my piles of scraps!!. Fetched a whole folder out this week and wondered how to use it up. Now I know. Thanks Natasha. A very timely video for me.
Please make more master boards. I love them so much. My sister and I made them and die cut out of them. I would love more inspiration for cards to make with master boards. Love you. Look for your videos every day.
Wow! I love this idea! I really need to be brave and experiment with master boards and the vintage look. I even liked the washi tape background as a standalone background. I wasn’t sure where you were going at the start, but I should never doubt, as that end card looked great! Well done Natasha 😃🩷
How gorgeous is this card? Makes me want to go into my craft room and use all those scraps I have on my work surface. It’s a beautiful day here so maybe later because they are calling for rain. Thank you.
Love this idea! I have been watching a lot of Junk Journaling videos on Instagram and wanted to try to do this on my card bases! Thanks for the inspiration! This was a perfect time for me to see this. You’re the BEST!
I love those! I’ve been intrigued by junk journaling but don’t think I’d use a junk journal….so this is a nice option for doing that nice collage work! Thanks for sharing this idea.
This is so brilliant, great idea! Your card is beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing! I always love your designs!!! I love how your die cuts turned out! So pretty!
I still want to crawl in all the people I watch creating cards, etc as I cannot even think on how to do things. Thank you for sharing. I appreciate you. Audra
Advice you didn't ask for: Start Small. White paper (cardstock), black ink, colored pencils, and a photopolymer (clear) stamp set, acrylic block. Stamp a design, color with colored pencils, cut it out, and lighty glue to your card base. Happy, happy!
The other Natasha(She's in Australia) at Treasure Books had an older series, I think, called DIY ephemera for junk journals or something similar on RUclips. She had cheat sheets which might help you out. It definitely helped me get started & now I quite like the little bits & and bobs I make. I Love that this Natasha is getting into a bit more messy mixed media techniques. This background is amazing & the diecuts an excellent idea. Thanks Natasha
So clever. Hadn't thought of using different techniques like that. Will definitely try it. Also thanks for speeding up the video. It was very professional too.❤
Love this card based on a master board technique. Would love to see more card ideas using the master board as I’m in need of some more inspiration for this please?

This is so inspirational! I always get stuck trying to create a master board. I will definitely try this. I know that I think too much about matching. Obviously I need to let that go!!
You just blow me away with your talent❤

Gorgeous card! I’m an over-thinker so this is a little out of my comfort zone but I should just try it! Who knows, maybe it will try out nice!

You never cease to amaze me! 💜
Yes, I have made masterboard collages, but not die cut them! Fab idea, and really effective. I made some into card fronts and bookmarks.
Love the idea of die cutting things from a washi tape master board!!
I ♥️ it! Less can be just as pretty as more. Thanks for sharing this fun idea with us. Blessings 💜
Super INSPIRATION, Natasha!!!! I really needed your video today to get me going on creating.

I love this video. Especially the tip about pulling off the backing from thick die-cuts. I have a bunch of those from Stamperia in various themes.
