Only just bought the Odessey OWorks 1wide with the hinge face after playing an old copper Ping putter for a couple of decades. Looking forward to seeing how it performs on the course. Always been a blade putter man but I did try the two ball triple track recently and it felt great.
Been wanting a Oworks 1W myself! I'm money with it at the store...just an all around great putter, perfect balance for my swing with that flow neck design.
I putt with a 46 inch Odyssey putter. They don't make this length anymore (I don't anchor it, so I am fine) so I had to buy a few on ebay as backups. I have used this putter for 10+ years. The only change I made was to add the triple track lines myself (wasn't easy to get it right) because, again, Odyssey won't make the long putters anymore. I absolutely love it and will never change (not that I have much choice unless companies start making the long putters again). The good news is that I won't end up spending much on putters for the rest of my life. I am a 3-4 handicap (was scratch when I was younger) and, per Arccos, I gain 1.7 strokes putting over a scratch golfer. Putting has been the best part of my game for over a decade so why would I ever change???
Another excellent review, shame about the rough green! But i guess if a putter can roll the ball ok then it should be fantastic on smooth greens. I felt there could have been more in this review ie: what is the loft, what's the standard head weight and it would have been nice if you could have shown the toe hang on each putter. Apart from that loved the review.
Seems expensive but then people spend lots on drivers as u say! I’m desperate for a new putter (mines 20 years old!) but my budget doesn’t allow at the moment. This looks a quality putter. Another great review Sophie!
Ive had the Scotty x6str for 3 months with a super stroke grip. Can honestly say its transformed my putting! But I do like the look of the Las Vegas. Going to compare this weekend. Thanks for another great review Sophie!
Was all for a scotty but just about to pull the trigger on a Chicago, what a stunner and pretty unique, no many other people have one which is how I tend to build my bag.
Always loved #7 type shape..had a Metal X Milled 7 and it was nice but a little clicky compared to the White Hot Tour #7 I use now... Lovely putters but huge price tag..
Is there an ideal swingweight for these Stroke Lab shafted putters? Seems like 35" run about 8 points heavier than 34" of the same exact putter. Should weight be added to the heads (or butt weight decreased) of shorter Stroke Lab putters to make up for it? Thanks!
I’m torn. I’ve tried the Scotty 7.5 at my local shop. The Newport seems so heavy to me. I wanna try the Vegas. Great content as always!! Ty from Canada!
Would be interesting to have a shoot out with premium 300+ Pound putters such as Bettinardi, Evnroll, Scotty Cameron, and Toulon/Odyssey Stroke Lab versus sub 100- Pound putters from such brands as Benross, Ray Cook, MacGregor, Orlimar, Ram, and Wilson Harmonize (and perhaps Costco). My expectation is that the performance (percentage of putts holed) would be nearly identical albeit golfers would certainly have a preference for feel and sound (and brand awareness/personal pride) between putters.
I don’t disagree, but you can say the same thing for pretty much all clubs. I bet you wouldn’t notice much of a difference using a $400 Tommy Armour, or some other small brand set, versus a $1400 Titleist set. However there is a difference in materials and construction. Much like cheap watches versus expensive.
Just got one and it’s on the way. Just heard about Toulon a week ago. How would you compare the feeling of the San Diego to an older Scotty? I feel like the older Scotty’s are the best ones. Thank you.
Idk, swing weight length-adjusted putters aren’t for everyone either. I play a 33inch and I found the head-weight of the Newport to be too heavy (363g I believe). I also have a 365g SpiderGT and I’m probably going to exchange it because it’s too heavy. Afaik, most players on Tour don’t go above 360grams unless it’s counterbalanced. Also the weights on the Toulon’s can be changed with the weight kit
They sound sound cheap, wasn't impressed. You can get a Bettinardi or a Cameron cheaper and they are 100% Milled in the USA. Odyssey are 100% made in a sweatshop.
Have always liked the no7, but now, Wow!
Sean Toulon, take a bow!
He really has nailed it with this new lie-up!
I actually putt great with a Wilson Augusta putter. I seem to putt better by feel instead of lining it up perfectly.

Found one broken in half on the golf course last week. Chicago. Going to have it reshafted and give it a go.
LUV your advice Sophie... always nice to know what exactly you are feeling concerning the clubs you test for us.

Thanks Paul! There certainly are quality it's just about how much you value spending it.

Love my Toulon Portland ❤️
Most Pros who are sponsored by Callaway or play Callaway prefer the Odyssey putter with white hot face.
Really like the look of these putters Sophie, but a tad out of my price range this year!
I just ordered one of these! Thanks for a great video🎉
Good demonstration
Thanks for your feedback Keith
SC Phanton X 11 with P2 grip 💪💪💪💪💪🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

As far as fang putters go, it's a beauty!

Just bought the Toulon San Diego and it’s incredible. Smooth as silk

Nice putters but I wish you could get them with a stronger lie angle as they sit flat imho
£800 - T22 Newport 2, bought it on release day (was preordered) no desire to change
How does teryllium feel?
Looks great, could never justify spending that sort of money.
I have about 35 putters,,,,, and counting. Yes, have an addiction. I'm more into cheaper putters.
The grass on that green is longer than the grass in our fairways. Putting there requires a lot of luck.
I spent $280 on a 2021 Ping Fetch putter. No desire to spend more.
Just got the Las Vegas 😊
Sophie-what prevents u from using the ping Harwood mallet?
Was looking at buying a chicago but it's a tad expensive .
Make sure you try it first, you may be tempted by its amazing feel once you've hit it once!
Your right considering my Epic flash cost a lot of cash. Unfortunately my local pro does not stock that make of putter.
Toumuch money for the Toulon I think😉
Trying so many good clubs Sophie, wondering what's in your bag🤔
I'm looking forward to trying a few more and deciding in the spring what I should be using...
@@GolfalotTV Feel wise, which putter do you like most? Looking at Scottys, toulon....
Nice putter, but too expensive
I play 33 ins, Odyssey putters are way too light at that length. Over £300 for a putter that isn't swing weighted is a joke.

Robbie Savage has let himself go hasn’t he!!!
1100$ dollars 😎 swag don’t give a putt
Never more than $250.

Great Putters, pity the reviewer talks so much...
