At 9:45 that's a Loggerhead Kingbird which look a lot like an Eastern Kingbird. Loggerhead Kingbird has a longer bill and rufous feathers on the upper tail coverts. They also have a buffy-tipped tail, an Eastern Kingbird would have bright white tail tip.
