No problems Mega Mandros, In the folder templates there is a text file that explains how to do it. Basically to do so you just have to divide the circumference of your head (above the eyes) by mine which is 23 inches, that's gonna give you a decimal number like 0,86 for instance, and that is the percentage you have to print the templates out from your computer to make it a perfect fit for your head, in this example you would have to print them out at 86% of the original size 😉
Thanks! They are indeed! Actually the real work is designing these templates behind the camera which is about 70%of the build 😅 Then comes the part where I assemble the pieces in front of the camera which is the fun one, the tip of the iceberg. :)

A prop I think you can do is the odst helmet, from halo, or the odst armor, also you can do some guns like the magnum or the battle rifle, it would be cool

i made the shoulder part. but how are we supposed to put it on? Because the whole is a very tight squeeze. Even if I somehow put it on (which seems unlikely), pulling it off will be even harder
That can vary depending on your body type indeed, if your head doesn't fit just adapt the hole make it a bit larger by cutting and removing parts on the sides. Don't forget that I make these build for everyone to make and everyone is different... so sometimes you have to be a bit creative so that you can make things works 🙂
Well, that's a tough one to pin down @Cookingfromzer0! The time it takes to make the entire armor + Jetpack out of cardboard can vary depending on a bunch of factors. Are you a seasoned craft whiz or just starting out? Do you have all the right tools handy? How many hours of your day can you dedicate to the build? With all these things considered, it could take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks. I've seen some folks pull it off in about a week, at the end of the day it really depends on the dedication and the time you can spent working on it.
Great armor design, looks phenomenal. Just one question, how would I go by painting this??? I have the Re-armored black series boba fett helmet and would like to make this armor to go with it but I want to know how I would go about painting it so it will match without ruining the armor.
Well cardboard is not a good material when it comes to that part unfortunately... so you have to be aware that painting it is gonna make all the imperfections much more visible... (That's the reason why I don't paint them), that being said I'm quite demanding with my props, maybe too much lol. But if you want to paint it I recommend you to use acrylic paint as it is a thick and opaque type of paint as opposed to water based paint that will soak the cardboard leading to very poor result 😉
