Thank you for showing this old dog some new tricks. I was a learn by ear player then discovered theory naturally. Your style of teaching is relaxing and informative. The way you describe the use of passing chromatic and chord tones opens up new posibilities. I've been really working on the diatonic 4 note chords/arpeggios from Cmaj7 up to it's octave. Naming them as I go. All within the C major scale but now I can see/hear/play the changes in it. Thank you again.
