I love how the beginning feels so warm, and then it lights up.
One of the best anime I've ever seen, and this amv absolutely does it justice. The contrast between calm melancholy and rapid-fire action is great, and the drop is badass.

Now today i just finished watching all 24ep.s and now i finaly understood how briliant this is. It is really wonderful AMV and Anime serier. Iam very grateful this was the AMV that inspired me to watch this serier. Thanks alot.
aaah, Fate/Zero. A complex range of characters, each with interesting motivations and a set of unique abilities and tactics, some of the best graphics ever, and interesting and unpredictable plot, a dark and focused tone, no filler, great dialogue, and no easily discernible main char in the first half. Not perfect, but it came oh so close.
Also Rider for the win! He is preserved in the hearts of all Fate/Zero fans as a pillar of pure and untainted awesome. Bless him (=
I still come back to this video, because the editing and song is just...perfection!
Why couldn't AimoAio make this AMV less epic so i wouldn't watch it all the time. I got hooked on it. Especially with this music in combination with this anime.

One of the best AMV's ever. Best Anime ever.
All of Vexare's music is beautiful. I would sayiIt's a combination of different genres of music. I wouldn't call it dubstep, because it's not. It has classical elements, electronic and 'dubstep' elements as well.
It's unique. I would recommend listening to more of Vexare's music, because like you replied to someone else, it's strangely tolerable and enjoyable compared to some of the crap that's out there nowadays.

I wasnt digging Fate/stay Night but this....this is just something entirely different. The animation is gorgeous and Saber looks gorgeous and badass. I honestly hurt seeing her cry like she was. Major props to the maker of this AMV (or makers) because this viewer has been touched majorly.

Saber is one of my favorite anime characters, this amv portrays her well, plus some good techno.
It may be true the adaptation of Fate/Stay Night is pure garbage but the visual novel is considered one of the best in history, period.
Nathaniel Kiger What's the difference? or are you trying to say that the anime FSN is something totally different of the VN? so they didn't used the VN to make the anime?
...Seriously? Have you never heard of an adaptation being much worse than the original? The VN FSN goes into much greater detail on everything, has almost incomparably better storytelling and is all around a masterpiece.
The anime FSN is a thing that happened.

You are right, the first episode is a slow start. I personally don't mind since I was very interested in their past, but I can understand if you do. Would be a shame to drop the show because of that though. I would recommend to continue the show ^^

Between Fate/stay night, Fate/zero, and Kara no kyoukai the producers do exceptionally well with art and animation. Some of the best shows I have seen in anime!

This show is a very interesting case study of heroes
There are no anime that I can think of that rivals this anime in terms of animation quality, and that alone makes this anime legendary in the action scenes, never mind everything else!
Well, there's one; Kara no Kyoukai, which has just as good, if not better animation. Granted, it's by the same original creators (Typemoon) and the same animation studio (Ufotable), so there's that. XD
Oh and i'm certain the upcoming F/SN remake will have excellent animation as well.

For animation quality I'd say No Game No Life has this beat, since F/Z had way too much obvious CG for my tastes.
SmilingTomatoes101 Blitzed through No Game No Life, and I have to say while the animation was indeed very good, it came nowhere close to Fate Zero I'm afraid. And CG used right can be amazing, something I think Fate Zero did the vast majority of the time perfected in the series
SmilingTomatoes101 Nah, tbh the only series that beat Fate/Zero in animation (excluding stylistic animation types and whatnot) for me are Fate/Stay Night and Kara no Kyoukai, both also by Ufotable. NGNL's is good, but not on the same level.

Just finished watching Fate/Zero, and now I have to take some time to let it aaaaaaaaall sink in, while at the same time face that inevitable void that will open up after having watched certain anime shows. I've only had two other shows open up this void: Clannad/Clannad After Story, and Code Geass. *sigh again*
I would've added Cowboy Bebop to that too, only I have Black Lagoon on my list and I get the sense that it'll at least scratch that itch when I get around to it.

Code Geass, One Piece, Ano Hana, Clannad and Clannad -After Story- those are some of my fav. animes of all time(just my opinion).
But Fate/Zero have something that drives me crazy and is all of it.. the story a good one(let us forget the shit of Stay Night) then characters.. damn i just fall in love with saber since the first episode when is summoned, then gilgamesh is those anime characters that you must like.. and final Emiya kiritsugu an EPIC human that just one word describes him BADASSEPIC.
