It says it contains some sort of virus so my computer won't let me download it
no matter what i do nothing happens, no antivirus message, no nothing, not even an error message
So I have FC 2.3.1 and that worked fine. Then today it would immediately crash as soon as I opened it. So I downloaded the latest version and though it will open and say it's looking for an instance of NR2003, it does not detect any instance and thus does not work. Any ideas what is going on?
I discovered that I needed to run as administrator for it to work. It's working now.
When I try downloading the FreeCamera, it shows me a error page saying that it violates Google's Terms of Service. Is there a fix to this?

Switch to Pit Lane 1 or 2 and then you should be able to move, To disable movement click CTRL + Q.
How to enable freecam on NR2003? Every time I click on it, it says disabled.

When I open the .exe it says it’s disabled and I have no clue how to enable it

You have to go to the Pit Lane 1 camera and hit Ctrl+E in-game to enable it, I believe

when i try to download it, it can't because chrome blocked it due to it might be dangerous

Hey, so when I was trying to download freecam for my nr2003, it said that I couldn't download it because the file has a virus, so what should I do if I want to download it?
Edit: I had the old freecam on my nr2003 and it was fine when downloading.
Yea I tried doing what you asked but it didn't work, it only says "Only the Owner can download infected files." Any other solution?

Make sure you are opening it right after you open NR2003.
