Good evening Adam, I have been watching your videos to try to get squared away on my X20s. I’m coming from spectrum and have been having a hell of a time getting the stabilization working. I have the correct lua scripts and all my firmware is up to date and I watched your video and removed channel 15 and 16 and putting 14 on a var mix. But I get no stabilization even when turning the gain knob. Also I was wondering the process for putting stab mode on one switch vs 2 switches. I am running a TDSR12 in a first generation EC1500 and I would definitely want to fly it with stability. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Ohhh also I followed Steve’s cheat sheet as well. I guess I’m missing something. Thanks in advance. Love the videos they are a huge help.
Hello, First off, go to model->RF System and make sure your channel range is set to 1-16 or 1-24, if it's 1-8 the stabilization will not work. 1 switch vs 2 switches depends on the Quick Mode setting. If you have Quick Mode on, you only have 3 modes and can use 1 switch for modes. If you have Quick Mode off, you need two switches as you also have Knife Edge and Hover modes added. I recommend Quick Mode on, the two extra modes are unnecessary for most people.
